Thawiphum Wiban has over fifteen years of experience in capacity building at an organizational level in both public and private sectors and in both local and global levels. He has designed Proactive Development Model (PDM), derived from Capabilities Approach, Appreciative Inquiry, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), ICF’s ACC Coaching Model, Positive Psychology and Action Learning for transforming and empowering people and organizations.

He has served major organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Governance Unit; Rural Development Initiatives (RDI) as Leadership Development Facilitator in Oregon, USA
